Now, Jeff Homer, is taking his business to the next level with a boutique-style pool shop, now open on Kalamalka Lake Road. He’s stocked the store with the very best, hard-to-find, exceptional pool, spa and patio products. But a track record of quality construction and store full of amazing finds are only part of the Blue Haven story.
Customer after customer walks in and tells us, “this is the nicest pool store I’ve ever been in”; Jeff takes pride in such comments, and so does his staff. They’ve worked hard selecting premium pool, spa and patio products that boast unique, unbeatable qualities. Mineraluxe, for example, is a brand carefully selected by Jeff to sell in his shop. “You can purge your hot tub water every year, or you can invest in Mineraluxe and not worry about it ever again” Jeff explains.
H20 hot tubs is another brand Jeff proudly retails. Based in Delta BC, these handcrafted spas are not your ordinary hot tub. They boast product features like ergonomic seating and energy efficiency. Blue Haven is Vernon’s only H20 spa dealer, and is very proud of this newest edition to their retail offering. The real story here being Jeff’s passion and ability to seek out exceptional quality and add it to the Blue Haven mix.
These high standards go beyond the products in Jeff’s store. Blue Haven staff have also been hand-selected with exceptional service in mind. Take Cathy for example. Cathy is a member of the Blue Haven team and has been in the pool and spa industry for 25+ years. Customer’s know her by name (and vice versa) and will often ask for Cathy specifically prior to making a product choice. Prior to hiring a store manager, Jeff had heard of the infamous, knowledgeable “Cathy”. True to form, Jeff sought her out in the hopes of adding her expertise to the Blue Haven mix. Cathy is now Blue Haven’s store manager and adores her time spent in-store, chatting with customers about their homes and backyards.
